I just shot myself in the foot by contacting E-toll tollfree number.They had no records of mine, so no account had been opened, ie, no billing records. Now they'll be sending the invoices after giving them the info.
The agent also laughed about not registering. She said, " You don't want to register, but you want to pay. Hahahaha."
