I doubt if summons will be issued before elections.Impossible to say at the moment, they haven't taken anyone to court yet and I haven't even heard of a single summons being issued yet. Will have to wait for the first few cases to go the yards before we will know.

Yesterday, Sanral spokes-man Vusi Mona said the agency was owed R543 million as at February 28.

At first I was taken aback and said "I am still deciding". She then insisted on me giving a time to which I just replied "I am not planning on paying". She then just said thanks and put the phone down.
