The amount of people dying due to road accidents is higher than the amount of people murdered. And even worse, people just dont want to listen. So it is very serious.

No, you need a mix, cant just have people behave when they see a car with roof lights and reflective paint on it. Sometimes they needs the surprise of visible blue lights in their rear view mirror after doing something wrong.
 
Opel Astra OPC's are also their thing now, along with the older Nissan Bakkies with a canopy on.

Do you know budgets and the allocation within budgets?

Why don’t you ask ANCYL why they are sabotaging the Makhaza toilets? This is making a needed process ungovernable and quite a loss in the allocated budgets. At least the DA doesn’t overspend and pocket budgets.

Thanks, and also I went back and saw he talked about budgets... You know how much policing could have been boosted with the money just misspent on Nkandla?! Never mind the other fruitless expenditure thats going on.
 
Saw a ghost squad (silver chev) suddenly come to life earlier on De Waal drive & grab someone driving like a pu$$ through the traffic>
