would a pressure washer help in getting rid of some old paint flakes from a pre-cast wall?

really don't want to go with a paint scraper over this uneven surface :(
Just sorted out a wall of mine that was stippled.

Pressure washer (big one), paint scrapers in between, more pressure washer and then more paint scrapers.

Then a layer of bonding liquid. Then primer. Then paint

What's the best way to fix a busted wood laminate wardrobe door.
My idea was to remove the excess material and put a bolt and nut right through. But the result would be ugly.
Then I thought I can drill a larger hole on the otherside and tighten the bolt enough so that its flush with the surface and then cover it with some prestik.

drill new holes and move the hinges up or down along the door fill broken space with wood filler and paint.

It grates my flippen gears when they use these hinges, I keep walking into the open doors in our kitchen and will never forgive the installer for not using 180 degree ones.

Cant move it up because there is this big hole that was made to fit the hinge.
I cant make a similar hole.

If it were on the other side of the hinge, you get a repair plate, dont think they make 1 for this side. I would probably try epoxying it into the hole as a fix, if that doesnt work, you would need to move it upwards.

You could try a hinge repair plate, I've seen it at Gelmar, it looks like this.
you need to screw the plate onto the door and screw the hinge into the plate.

This messes with the alignment of your door, especially if you don't have anymore adjustment to account for this plate..
