Guys, is there any specific type of gutter that is able to sit really close to the wall?
The silly guys whom installed the roof in one area of the place im staying in did not give a longer edge to the corrugated roof and now with the rain, the water falls off the edge and just misses the gutter and goes into the wall

i would honestly extend the roof out a little more with a piece of corrugated slid underneath the existing.

I have a question on the DigiDoor DigiEKey 4-button remote - any insight appreciated ;)
DigiEKey.JPG

I need to replace my current 4-button key and only ever had the main orange button programmed to open/close the DigiDoor garage motor - what are the other 3 buttons for and are they needed? They currently don't do anything...

I see there is a 2-button version of this remote and am probably going buy that instead if the othe rbuttons are not required.

They aren't required...

They are extra buttons for if you have other functions you want to program (or other items like driveway gates etc)

I would be keen to try this but how does one go about removing those nails knocked in to hold the corrugate down?

surely they didnt hammer it in with nails? i would hope they used those posidrive screws and rubber backed washers?

Same, one of mine has stopped working, apparently need someone to come in and reprogramme a new one sigh.

buy an external receiver (sherlo) and new remotes

personally i did this now when i moved into this place, new receivers, new remotes, now i have everything on one remote that is durable and works.

alarm
panic
both garages
gate

no more fumbling with remotes and having multiple batteries to change or things to carry around.

Yeah cause my alarm and garage is on the digidoor while my gate is on a centurion remote, annoying.

Try these guys..?

That would have worked - too late now :p

Leave the conduit and all that nonsense it will make it untidy.

Option 1 is to remove the grout and cut the tile using a grinder about 10mm, you will then have 1 thick line of grout rather than a conduit running on the floor

Option 2 find a close as match as possible for those tiles and replace the one tile. And then go behind the skirting.

Option 3 extend the Astro turf along the wall to the skirting and run the wire under it.

The conduit you will have on the floor is going to be a tripping hazard.

Went with option 4 - I've run a conduit to the wall - its only about 20cm - and no one will trip over it as you can't walk there - I've then drilled through the skirting board, and the wall - and am running a normal round conduit at the back of the wall - and then back into the room, I effectively only have 20cm of conduit visible.

remote has a big orange button in the front. I'll try get a photo tonight is she home.
Might be a Superlift as well, all of these imports seems oddly similar. Try going through the different manufacturers' manuals and see if it might give you the answer you want, that is how I was able to add an aftermarket E.T. Receiver to my doors.

Toddlers play room is finally done... Except for the blackboard I was making which my wife accidentally drove over, starting that again from scratch.

Also, a pic of how I did the conduit - just need to neaten it up a bit with painters mate, and painting the little bit of exposed cable he same colour as the grass tomorrow. Done one day before her first birthday party.
