As per the research of top Kazakhstani scientist, Borat Cohen
OK, więc przynieś mi do domu papier Kazakstani, dwie butelki wódki i polską gwiazdę porno z dużymi cyckami do domu jutro. Prawdopodobnie nie wiesz, gdzie mieszkam, w porządku.
Będzie wiedzieć polska gwiazda porno z dużymi cyckami.

How do I interpret this correctly:
Screed floors in new build and tile 75sqm floors using ceramic tiles to client’s spec (PC sum
R90/sqm tiles only). Tiling includes work tops flanking braai stack.
Does that mean the builder would pay for labour, as well as buy tiles for R90/sqm at his expense?

And if I wanted a tile that's more per square I pay the amount of R90/sqm.

Polska gwiazda porno z dużymi cyckami smutnymi - wszystkie jej filmy zostały usunięte z Pornhub. A wujek Borat wypił całą wódkę

I want to put a jojo in a spot that has paving. Must I remove the paving and then have a cement slab put in the area to ensure it is level? The current paving is at an angle.
I have 2 x 5000l JoJo's standing on paving, no slab underneath - but it was professionally laid and the soil is compacted with a compacter underneath.

Unless he is foregoing labour costs, you are to supply the tiles at that price.. 90 per sqm is the going rate for the low end quality tiles.. unless he is getting even cheaper tiles somewhere at 40/50 per sqm..

So PC sum is just an estimate he's giving me for what it will cost me to go buy tiles, it's not included in his quote?

Guess I'm a a bit confused about what PC sum means exactly.

Second paragraph is what it comes down to I think..

Ah, so if the PC sum in the contract is higher than the item I choose then the builder will pay me back the difference. If the price of the item I choose is more than the PC sum then I pay the builder any difference.

So if I got tiles for R200/sqm then he pays the first R90 and I pay the remaining R110.

Hi folks
I have an old galvanised pipe that sprung a leak in the rusted section. We dug up the section to get to the leak to me met by alot of corrosion.

The leak is at the point where the corrosion starts.

What would be the best option to fix this?

To my mind another threaded galvanised pipe. Around 900mm to connect from the elbow in the ground.

Cut out the leaking sexton section and connect with copper.
Could I weld on or would I need a compression job of sorts.

IF that pipe can be unscrewed from the bottom elbow, i'll replace the whole pipe with another galvanized one.

Best would be if you could find the elbow or t joint below and get it off there and replace the section in its whole.

Anyone have any experience with shade sails? Want to get one for above the pool that I can take down when unused for extended periods

Was looking at the Coolaroo - but I see its R1000 (almost 100%) more than the Kalahari?
Just know the Coolaroo shade cloth is incredibly durable and useful. I had a piece up to protect the sun side of a wendy house for 10 years - it still looks new.

Thanks - haven't quite decided yet - will try and compare the two in store.

2 hours in the sun with a grinder is why I'm buying paint remover. It can do all the work while I'm sipping cocktails.
I had good luck with a corded drill and a stiff wire brush bristle attachment. Took around an hour to completely strip a metal security gate when I did it a few weeks ago
