What type of Primer should be used to paint Vibacrete Water or Solvent Based ? And should you first put on bonding liquid or rather sealer after top coat ?
Bonding liquid first and then doesn't really matter if you go water or solvent based..

I want to put a clothes line in my garage (single) for the rainy days or for when thicker items like towels and jackets dont dry fully during the day in the colder months.

The one option I have is this fold down line. Are these things good/worth it?

Alternatively I can get a dozen of these wall anchors with a side of clothes line.
The downside to this is that Ill need to thread it every time I want to use it. My car will fit if I leave it up but it will just be a personal preference to take it out just to look neater.
The upside is that this way will be much stronger than the first option

I built a thinghy like that rack for drying biltong in my garage. Put it on hinges so it folds down to the wall. Had a round bar in the middle for support. Could hang 3 impala on it.

My folks had one like this and after a while it started to sag in the middle even with just 2 towels. I am a bit skeptical of those for heavier items.

8m will be wasted in a single garage. I think my garage is roughly 3m. I found the 3m by 5 line on Takealot, I think I this would work for me and I could still pair it with some eye anchors, then I can hang the lighter stuff on the retractable and use the other option when needed.

Yeah you do need to tighten the lines every once in a while but it sure as heck beats having to make something from scratch, especially something that looks neat. I usually have a cross breeze in the Garage when the windows are open so the clothes dry nice and quick as well.

We have one of the folding lines (outside), works as intended, only thing we needed to do was replace the lines as the frayed away after time.

When I replaced my line recently, I threaded the ends through some flexible aquarium pipe to stop the chafing.

Seems to be holding up well so far.

Thanks for the tip, will look into this wanted to do the lines over as we never replaced one line

I can highly recommend these guys and their washlines.. have two of theirs and they are holding up really well.. they fold down completely flat when not in use.. they even offer a relining service, when your lines need replacing.. in your case, I don't foresee that needing to happen very often.. use some really good washlines, can't find anything comparable in stores..

I also bookmarked them when we moved into the new place. Have only heard good things about their products

Any recommendations on how to fix this? We have small spikes at the top of the wall that are obviously rusting and running down the wall when it rains. How do i fix the rust? And what's the best way to paint over the marks on the wall?

Either paint the metal with with some NS something something or take it off and have it galvanized

I need to mount some nutec boards to square metal poles for a fence. I see some installers use pozi - drives screws, is this the best way or is there any other mounting technique?
If you want a flush install, yes.. stainless counter sink screws..
