I don't mind the touch sensitive buttons, but I haven't used it so much, so it could be that I don't know that much. I'd like to get a few for the house to test, so perhaps I should just do that and see for myselfYou only need something like the first one, if you don't mind touch sensitive buttons (I personally hate it).
I wouldn't recommend that other basic switch for lights as you're putting a point of failure in between your switch and the light. If the smart switch is off (or broken) then your light switch will do nothing.
