I know it sounds like crap but my not so seasoned eyes have ability to really spot when something is not straight or symmetrical.
Latest one is glass shower side that was bit off and I noticed is "straight" away.

But I do have laser distance measure and laser level (original quigo) that work well.
One from builders is fancier one so yeah down the rabbit hole again.

There are so many project I do around the house etc that I need one point of ref then piggy back 6 other points off this. This will make my life soo much easier :)

I can do a good eyeball and OG level works great but I wanna save time :)

By any chance you in Gauteng, I need a guy to sort my patio leak as well. Went through 2 guys already and still not solved.

Yeah plumber did that already and they are "open" for four days before closeup. Thanks for the advice!
 
waddup peeps.

Last year i had a guy come and fix up my roof, he sealed up some areas, redid the ridge caps, sealed up around the chimney and replaced facia boards. it started when we spotted a damp spot in the kitchen. Guy came, checked everything out, and we somma did all of the above one time.

During this week's hectic rains in CPT we got a few leaks... like, leaks where there werent leaks before. Disappointed because all the fixes were supposed to prevent this instead of create more leaks.

Already contacted the guy and hes going to come have a look... but how do i best approach this convo... (dont get me started on how the wife is going nuts about this)

"Check here, you did the roof last year but we have leaks in more places than what i originally called you in for"

extreme weather yes, but i didnt expect it to be this bad.

Advice appreciated. TIA
