its a tricky one when we bought our house - zero leaks.waddup peeps.
Last year i had a guy come and fix up my roof, he sealed up some areas, redid the ridge caps, sealed up around the chimney and replaced facia boards. it started when we spotted a damp spot in the kitchen. Guy came, checked everything out, and we somma did all of the above one time.
During this week's hectic rains in CPT we got a few leaks... like, leaks where there werent leaks before. Disappointed because all the fixes were supposed to prevent this instead of create more leaks.
Already contacted the guy and hes going to come have a look... but how do i best approach this convo... (dont get me started on how the wife is going nuts about this)
"Check here, you did the roof last year but we have leaks in more places than what i originally called you in for"
extreme weather yes, but i didnt expect it to be this bad.
Advice appreciated. TIA
One evening the rain blow from a different direction and there was a new leak.
I got up on the roof myself and applied logic to the water flow to see where there were issues might help if you do the same might be something simple
