1.67GB for the 5s as well.

I've downloaded both, iPad Air 2 is updating now. Can't do the 5s until the Air 2 finishes as battery is below 50%.

Yes, I read somewhere that there is no public update until next week (the actual public release). Only Dev profile got the GM.
