The iOS 11 Thread/Discussion

Anyone else have to update the same app, like every day, for 3 days? I have updated the same apps, every morning, for the past 3 morning so far... :confused:
 
My 6S+ is now lagging constantly and typing has become impossible out of the blue... **** this iOS update screwed me

It was perfect. Then all of a sudden it was ****ed yesterday despite me uninstalling almost everything I don't use and rebooting.

A reinstall would really take up time I don't have... uggh
 
Got 11.1 on my iPad Air 2. So far battery life doesn't seem to be any better than before, although I did notice an improvement now that I have limited all the Location stuff and turned down screen brightness, but nothing out of the update.


Anyway it's back to giving me a full day of usage which I am happy with. :)
 
Gonna be wiping and starting fresh tonight, the lag has made using the phone a chore.

That’s going to be painful but hopefully worth it. What memory variant 6S do you have?

My Air 2 is stuttering here and there but I think I can still bare it as long as it doesn’t get worse.
 
64GB - I can’t use the phone right now so it’s gotta be done
 
I installed the 11.2 beta. It still has a little stutter here and there too. But i must say my 6s plus feels speedy again and the battery is back to normal. Im happy for now. 10 was the best though.

I'd be keen to try the beta before I restore... still just need a dev cert? Link maybe please?

You can try reset your settings as well. My 7 plus starts lagging every now and then out of the blue too and a settings reset sorts it out.
