sorry maybe my question was phrased badly, what I meant is the newer shape physically alot larger than the old one I referenced.Both work well imo.
The current long-serving Gen was a rather daring design that has hardly dated.

My thinking was that fro example a 2010 A4 is much smaller than a current A4 and thats the general trend with the other German sedans as well (C class, 3 series). Is this also true for the IS?
