The LONMIN share price thread

Seems to be sticking in the R34 / R35 range for now but I suspect there will be a bit of a sell off before the start of the weekend.

**** me. The previous time when I tried to sell Lonmin shares at EasyEquities I couldn't because of an error. Now I try again months later and I still get the same error.

Kumba is growing steadily. Pretty much broken even today after the bloodbath when I bought in.

What's the error? Phone the trading desk.

Or move over to Standard Bank OST. Hamster ought to be able to get you a good deal ;-)

Even though the fees are a lot higher with OST, using their system makes me (with my exceptionally limited trading knowledge) feel like a hardcore trader Totally worth it!!

If possible, try changing the amount by minus R1, or even 2c

Tried that previously but it didn't work.

Now though I tried it normally and it worked. So whew, I'm happy that I'm done with Lonmin and made a good profit. :)

Has happened to me once or twice, usually dropping the selling price by a few cents does the trick :)

I may move to OST myself in say... 6 months  but only if business comes up with a cheaper package. Doesn't help the code is stable and fast as hell but the platform is too expensive. ABSA suits me better right now ;)

Another obvious problem is that the prod support guys sits right in front of me so if anything should ever happen to my account they'll be able to see my financials. One of the drawbacks.
