I have read your posts, still think the same of ur views.

When I chat with football supporters that know something outside of their team I'm on the bbc forum.

As I said, this is the thread for Man United supporters. If you are not one then don't post here. It's as simple as that. Everyone else seems to get it- why can't you?:rolleyes:

I don't know whether this has been attempted before, so hear me out:

I am hoping this thread could be a place where man United fans can discuss all things pertaining to the club.

What I don't want it to be is some place that rival fans come to troll/incite/generally cause trouble. I am sure that if there is the interest, they can make their own threads for their own teams.

Often, I want to discuss something only pertaining to United but in the general football thread it often soon becomes overlooked or gets rival fans all worked up who then end up derailing the thread once more. Also, let's not make this a place to bash each other or even other teams because that will only end up in the thread being closed/deleted which is not cool.

So, yes, here it is. If anyone objects, please feel free to make your own threads about your own teams but do NOT come in here looking for trouble

You would be 3rd playing in a league like la liga, not a bad team to be laying behind (voted greatest team of 20th centaury by fifa,Have won most European cups out of all the teams in Europe)

Barca have won many games without messi...when messi was injured they had about 4 other players injured at the same time yet were still able to get to the semis and fight for 1st place in the league..

And the fact we have a player like Henry on our bench says a lot, someone who dominated the premiership(Premier League top scorer: 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006) has a 17 year old bojan start before him.

Of your list of "great" players in Manchester, only 2 are actually worth mentioning tevez and ronaldo.

Firstly, you cant accuse people of jumping wagons because i dont think HJ supported any other English team before. Also in 1993 no one knew/could predict that MU would dominate EPL and be a force to reckon with in Europe.
That same time, half of England was flaming SAF for playing his 'SCHOOL KIDS' i.e Beckham,Scholes,Giggs,Butt, P&G Neville. So by you giving such a comment tells us how 'wet behind the ears' you are.

You prove again that you still wet behind the ears if you can say that MU would be sitting 3rd in La Liga. I watch La Liga and i can tell you that MU would have already won that league.

No one can deny that RM and Barcelona have a marvelous history of records. Right now we are talking current stats, and this season MU are far ahead of Barcelona.

You rate Messi so high ? Who do you think is going to win Golden Boot ?
Dont get me wrong, Messi is a superstar, but this season Ronaldo proved to be better. Next season might be different. who knows ...
 
You dont have to support any other team before jumping a bandwagon.I find it funny that the year they were crowned domestic champions is the same year that he supported them.

Fifa player of the year, probably will go to ronaldo but only because messi was injured.
If messi had a full season he would have won it hands down.I wouldnt be suprised if it goes to nihat who looks to be getting la liga player of the year.

Can you tell me how many games Messi played this season ?

concerning MU supporters, in 1993 what was MU history of records ? They only won 7 league titles and around 9 FA Cups, only had one CL trophy. It doesnt sound right that people will just start supporting them. If what you say is true, then the following year, everyone must have started supporting blackburn, no ?

Golden Boot will go to Ronaldo only because Messi was injured ? What about last season, you cant tell me K a K a is a more skillful player than Messi ?
 
I think you must have jumped on that wagon round about the same time hence you cant fathom the fact everyone started supporting them in the early 90s when they started winning cups.I take my hat off to anyone who can honestly say I supported them in the late 80s.

The following year Blackburn won it but Man-U were still in the race only being 1 point behind and man u won the fa cup.So in for all the newbie supporters that was a good enough showing not to jump ship.

Have u even followed k*ka in that season??
He played brilliantly for team/country and topped it off with a champions league win he deserved everything he got that year.

I cant tell you how many "full games" messi has played but he has made 23 appearances.

dude, wtf is wrong with you ? why you quick to assume things you dont know. I have been supporting MU since 1985. Im sure (in '85) you were either still in your nappies or your parents were still making you.

Yes i followed K a K a that season and i agree he was brilliant, better than Messi. So thats why Ronaldo is going to win it this year, because he played brilliant (team & country) and neither Messi nor K a K a can match him, be it because their legs were broken or they were raped, end of the day put your lame excuses aside, CR deserves his prize.

My point was who is the better player, not how they performed and hands down messi is the better player as per every article/commentator/non-badnwagon fan.

Its true Messi is a better player than ronaldo, but whats the point of having all that skill, and not make your team winners ?
I'm glad we have Ronaldo instead of Messi.

and yes its true we might now win anything,but its likely we will win something. but Barcelona didnt for the last 2 years, so now whos the better team ?
 
Funny how because im not posting any man-u faboy stuff im classed as a 16 year old.

Put Man-U in the la-liga and lets see if they win something, Premier league consists of 3 teams fighting for 1 st place and the rest (now unfortunately including liverpool) filling the other spaces.Its already heading the way of the scottish league where there are only 2 teams winning everything.

You guys keep on going how barca are 3rd in La Liga, funny how man-u struggled against a team who are in 3rd position in their league.
