When did you jump on the man-u bandwagon?? Last time I remember they never qualified in 2005.

Manchester United failed to make it through to the final 16 of the Champions League after losing 2-1 against Benfica on Wednesday.

United finished bottom of their group after the defeat in Lisbon and didn't even qualify for the UEFA cup.

While you there, you will learn that Prem teams have never ever produced in Europe bar Liverpool.

You cannot jump on a bandwagon if you already support the club!

We are already ON the bandwagon so to speak...Glory-hunters will try to 'jump on' at the end of this season when we win the double...again ;)

If someone cant even remember 3 years back when their team never qualified for a cup, i call that pathetic.
Shows what they know about football, I dont even support the team yet know the facts.

Dude you are out of your mind. We always qualify for the UEFA CL :rolleyes: and I've been a Man United since childhood. Cannot say the same for you.

What CUP are you talking about? The UEFA cup that the lesser teams try out for? Get a life dude. We only play in the real cups aka UEFA CL. Since when do you hear Man United are trying to qualify for the UEFA CUP :sick:
We qualify for UEFA CL, cos that's where the top teams go.

That is exactly my point! We don't "try to qualify for the UEFA Cup". Don't you get it? We're only interested in the CL. Good God. Seriously now.

Well if a team has a bad season then that's where they need to compete. They are just a few teams. Who are the majority of teams in the UEFA CUP? The big teams? I think not. The big teams you mentioned are a few out of a lot of lesser teams. That's why you have teams like Everton, Aston Villa etc...

Yip, that is just it. You only compete in the Euro Cup cos you are not good enough for the CL. It is NOT a prestigious competition any more. Not at all.

That must have been the most stupid comment today by you, so they don't care about winning a trophy in Europe so would rather finish last in their group.Yet when it happened every "real" man-u supporter was up in arms and you don't even remember it happening.
