yaaawwwn brush up on your football knowledge, you people cant even remember what happened to your team 3 years ago.
Regarding the not qualifying for uefa in 2005 this is what happend (bit of a history lessons for you guys)

Manchester United's chief executive David Gill has played down suggestions that manager Sir Alex Ferguson's position at the club is at risk.

Gill caused a stir when he insisted the 63-year-old boss was "sackable" in an interview on BBC Radio Five Live.

But Gill said: "I was trying to state the obvious but the comments have been portrayed in the wrong way.

"There is nothing in our plans about changing the manager. The issue has not even been discussed."

He added: "Who is to say what will happen in three, five or 10 years' time, but for now we have great plans to work together in the future to ensure the club remains strong as it goes forward."

Gill's initial comments were immediately interpreted as a warning that Ferguson's position could be under threat if United continue to be eclipsed by Chelsea next season.

Ferguson moves on to a one-year rolling contract this summer but has shown no sign of being ready to retire.

You cant even remember key points in your teams history even as far back as 3 years.

Berbatov - He is awesome. Why we have not made a proper offer for him yet I just don't know!

Ronaldinho - He is still awesome I reckon. Hating his life at Barca so would surely love a move to the European champions and double winners :)

A replacement for Wes Brown on the wing while Neville G gets match fit and back to his best.


SELL

Saha - He is always injured. He needs to go asap.
Wes Brown - Pity he just signed a new contract :(


RETIRE
Giggs and Scholes. They can contribute no more to United. They have been great servants to the club but not it is time for them to retire with dignity!

Ronaldinho, great selection, but would need time to settle in the EPL, at only 28 though, he still has plenty time. Not sure what the price tag would be. If it came up, my feeling Barcelona would want a player swap deal here-CR. (I'm also not 100% convinced that Real M. have ended their pursuit for CR either.)

If Blatter comes right with his '6-5 plan', then we are in for a shake up over the next 2 to 3 seasons and this would greatly influence teams to spend huge transfer fees or not this summer. This would strengthen United's focus then on their youth academy and maybe we have another era of new scholes, giggs, beckham and co. :)

Im still hoping for MU to get Huntelaar or Berbatov, its starting to bug me a little that we not looking for star strikers.

barce are not willing to sell him for less than 30m

nothing for united, they paid that for ferdinand

they have gone very far in champs league and could easily afford it

english player's tags would go through the roof with blatters plan
 
i dont see why we need to buy defenders

we have the best defense in the league and apart from ppl's personal opinion the whole united staff will tell you brown is as rock solid as ferdinand vidic and evra

hargreaves can play if someone gets injured but should play midfield and not defence
