Henry never impressed the entire season. Eto did. One stage he scored 18 goals out of 18 games. So why should you give a player that is not on form a place when your striker (Eto) is having a better season?

Why? Does that makse sense to you?

Generally speaking, when one player fails to do anything, especially in a 2-match round, you substitute him for another. Honestly now, Henry had more shots at goal and more ball than Eto and Henry was only on the field for a few minutes.

Frank believed in his formation. Thats why fans hated him so much. Pep will do a good job and get Henry back to his best!!!! Then we will see the old Henry, i hope.

They making statements about henry but have probably only seen him in the champs league, how can you argue with people that watch him week in/out in la liga.

12 of his goals came in the spanish leage as far as i know
3 in champions leagues league

1 in some cup

i would say 12 goals from 27 premier starts is good for winger

he has scored 7 goals for france in 8 games

might just tell you he is not out form but out of position

12 in 30 games for a foward who was played as barca's main strike force at times, is pathetic what you on about?
Same people who think rooney is good with his 12 goals as a striker.He got taken off in last nights game, never played the whole 90mins for the obvious reason he wasnt doing anything up front.

I would be lying if I said I knew exactly off by heart how many games he played as a striker (other people have no problem making sh*t up)

I would say about 15 were up front in a strikers position (kula can correct me if im wrong).Either way barcas style of play allows players on the wing ample opportunity for goals, good example is messi.

I know Henry's perfect position is central with a central mid-fielder feeding him the ball giving him ample opportunity to do his short runs/strike.You have to remember though that even in Arsenal he was known to drift off on the left wing so playing on the wing is not as uncommon as you may think.

Either way, in central or not I dont see him becoming a top scorer in la liga from what he has shown.There are far better players in the league.

I'm a big Henry fan but have to be realistic.
