Marine1 I repeat:

No it should be a crime punishable by death but who put that child in harms way? Who put that child where the Hamas terrorists were? Was it Israel? No it was Hamas ...

so if someone murders my child .... i come into your home and kill your entire family then its right ... why? cause you were asking for it!!! it was you to blame who put your kid in harms way .... so this your your view and this makes sense to you? you seriously feel that ??? ....

again i ask ... were you ever yourself involved in war?

Well if you look at were the idea of the state of Israel began it was unfair from it's inception...
Balfour explained:

"The contradiction between the letters of the Covenant [of the League of Nations] and the policy of the Allies is even more flagrant in the case of the ‘independent nation’ of Palestine than in that of the ‘independent nation‘ of Syria. For in Palestine we do not propose to even go through the form of consulting the wishes of the present inhabitants of the country though the American Commission is going through the form of asking what they are.

The Four Great Powers [Britain, France, Italy and the United States] are committed to Zionism. And Zionism, be it right or wrong, good or bad, is rooted in age-long traditions, in present needs, and future hopes, of far profounder import than the desires and prejudices of the 700,000 Arabs who now inhabit that ancient land. In my opinion that is right.

What I have never been able to understand is how it can be harmonized with the [Anglo-French] declaration, the Covenant, or the instruction to the [King-Crane] Commission of Enquiry.

I do not think that Zionism will hurt the Arabs, but they will never say they want it. Whatever be the future of Palestine it is not now an ‘independent nation’, nor is it yet on the way to become one. Whatever deference should be paid to the views of those living there, the Powers in their selection of a mandatory do not propose, as I understand the matter, to consult them. In short, so far as Palestine is concerned, the Powers have made no statement of fact which is not admittedly wrong, and no declaration of policy which, at least in the letter, they have not always intended to violate.

The West agreed to carve up the land without consulting the Palestinian inhabitants purely because the rich elite(Rothschild) requested it... very wise indeed(Que the deaths of Palestinians and Israelis)

So who is the victim? oh right not the original inhabitants(Palestinians) who have been living there for centuries but were forced to leave their land and live in camps.

Er.. I seem to recall that they were kicked out by military force in the first of Israel's little illegal wars in 1948 or so. Or am I mistaken?

Yes you're mistaken.

If a war is illegal, then surely it's the attackers who are doing the illegal act?

Israel didn't attack her neighbours they attacked her.

The invading arab armies told Arab civilians to leave the area and they did. Those that didn't became Israelies.

Some Israelies are indeed Christian, Muslim, and probably Atheist.

You have Christian Palestinians in Gaza and West Bank as well, some of these Christians are also killed by the Israeli retaliation attacks.

I think you are quite blinded by Israeli propaganda. The formation of the state of Israel was illegal, so any wars to defend it or expand it are so too. Even the USA withdrew its support from the illegally adopted "Partition Plan". The Israelis forced the Palestinians out of their villages, often brutally, and committed a number of massacres in doing so. Nope, not mistaken.

Wow people will say anything to justify the aggression.

Marine1 i am sure that dropping 100 tons of explosives (minus last night), would mean that if the Palestinians moved their children, wait the borders are closed.

With no health care (yep blocked too)... This is probably the war you all want to see. But wait if you have advanced waponry and still kill 200 + innocent (they are innocent cut it anyway you want).

What it comes down to is that Israel is shooting fish in a barrel and however you try to spin it what they are doing is wrong.

Yes firing rockets is wrong but it is in the occupied territories (for anyone still in denial this is what we in SA call Squatting i.e the land is palestinian).
So if i fire rockets onto my land and you are there then you deserve it for being on my land.

So Marine1 it looks like the jews put their people in harms way.

The radical islamists do not need a land dispute to advance their campaign of terrorism and world domination, as can be seen by other acts such as the Bali bombing, Glasgow airport,...........

Ah i see Frankie. So the actions of a few are used to judge all muslims.

Everyone can say oh kill them because of the Bali bombings. But that is samll minded but i shoulda expected that

Yes it is to be expected, Frankie regurgitates the same terrorist attacks committed by a few individuals and blames it on all Muslims.

Yes it is small minded to ignore the ideology driving these extremists.

When did the rise of modern Islamic extremism begin though? oh right... after the state of Israel was founded, partly by Jewish extremists who bombed buildings like the King David hotel housing innocent civilians so they could force the British to leave.(amongst other Terrorist attacks committed by fundamentalist Jews)

Marine1: Answer just this question ... killing a 5 year old is justified? (be it on an Israeli or Palestine child) ...

If a terrorist is using a 5 year old as a human shield and is about to kill 3 innocent 5 year olds and your only option was to take him out along with the child would you to do it? Would it be justifiable in other words

When they shoot rockets it is okay, but when Israel retaliates someone starts the old, tired emotional threads about terrorism. No-one is fooled and this has been the pattern all along: For every palestinian attack on Israel, there is always a retaliation. I think Israel's response is okay.

I have to agree here. :(
