Can also buy from Game, Checkers Hyper.
Game has a Sunbeam. Which one between the Mellarware or the Sunbeam is better or is it basically the same?
O ok, I saw the Mellerware at Hyper. Mmm, Suppose it's the same ? Plastic box, light and a fan ?
Adding vinegar in the salting/spicing step of beef biltong did not increase the time that the meat takes to dry out. Therefore, adding vinegar does not make meat dry faster.
Switch off the bulb and just do the fan.How do I get the inside a bit dryer without the outside forming a hard crust of becoming too dry?
I had a batch in for 2 days with the fan and bulp but I would like the inside a little bit dryer.
