nope not strong, smells like biltong, but once you smell it, sadly the smell goes away for you :(

With dry wors I just buy thin boerewors. Not all of them taste good when dry, so first just buy one pack until you find a nice one. I only found one now that I can actually use. I have thought about going to a butcher and ordering some, but he'll probably want me to buy in a lot more bulk than what I'm prepare to pay for.

I normally just buy one or two kg/s the butchers don't mind but they normally don't make it specially for you they make it when they stuff for the butchery then just make extra for you.

yeh, i'm just lazy to drive all the way to my butchery and find out and wait and and and... i got to Pick n Pay. Buy a couple of packs of Kameeldoring thin boerewors. R59/kg. hangs. 2 days. profit!!

nie baie nie, seker so 3kg, hang af hoe dun ek dit sny. as daar te veel stukke is pas alles nie langs mekaar in nie. die kas kom met 9 hakkies, en as jy almal gebruik is die kas redelik vol.
 
I will do, thanks. Need to call my old man and get his biltong-spice recipe. If it works as well for beef as it does for game, I'll post it here.
 
Best biltong I've ever had is called Kierie Mix from a place in Gravelotte in Limpopo
 
Just a quick question...does anyone know where I can get Hunters Spice in the JHB area that I see a lot of people talking about? I have tried Spar etc in my area but no one seems to have it?
