I am not even sure I could run that fast for 200m

I can do 4min kilometers for maybe 2km before I am gassed

This was a sustained 4:30 per mile or something. It was a big deal the first time someone ran a single mile in 4 minutes...
 
Ran a 10k with my girly at Fort Klapperkop this morning. Nice trail with good views of the city. Would recommend.

Yeah 100% just saying I can only do like half that pace for a tiny bit in comparison

I juts watched a video that put this into even better perspective.

His 10k split from 30 to 40km was 27:36.
Last year's 10k World championship title was won in 28:55
 
Cocodona 250 kicks off today. Expect very little productivity from me as I binge watch the livestream for the rest of this week.
