I see that Chelsea have put in a 73.5 million pound offer for K@ka. Nothing new, Chelsea trying to buy success again, hey Smokey.
 
Not according to Skysports. The earlier report about him being off to Real was from Goal.com. I wouldn't take their word for it.

Its only the english press that has this chelsea story. The Italian and Spanish press are saying its too late and the deal is agreed with madrid and milan. Personally I would trust mediaset since berlusconi owns them and will decide to whom k a k a gets sold.

Looks like you're right as I see the Chelsea site has issued a statement saying that they did not make an offer.
 
Hope he ends up at Chelski for 2 reasons. 1) ***a in the Prem and 2) Madrid might then go for Ronaldo

Bollocks. When I read that, I knew that Berlusconi was using the media to his advantage. He wants to extract every penny possible out of Real Madrid. Oh yes, and I guess asking Benitez to splash the cash is not buying yourself success, rather it is "building a winning team capable of challenging on all fronts - now and in the future":sick:... don't be a jealous little man now mate;)

EDIT: Meaning of Berlusconi's use of the media... he lets loose to the English media that Chelsea have also made a bid, which sounds about right because of Abramovich's player frenzy and the fact that we have now got Ancellotti on board. He's not the Italian PM for nothing you know...:D

guru and alan just jealous that ronaldo won the league for united these two season :)

Ronaldo ain't going anywhere, unless AF gives him the boot!

Personally looking at the team atm... it doesn't seem like united has enough depth to let Ronaldo go...

they missing a left midfield, they missing a decent right back, they missing a left center midfield and a right if hargreves doesn't come back soon enough :(
