What case are you using for your build? I have been on ITX since 2011.If it helps I am on a custom build path and busy with my Mini ITX build. I wanted to ask in the meantime, does anyone locally do cable sleeves and custom PSU cables?
1. It can obstruct airflowWhy are you guys obsessed with cable management? As long as it's not interfering with fans, all good.

2.)Tower behind my monitor, I never see it.
I actually think it's easier for troubleshooting to not cable-tie everything. Easier to unplug, move around etc etc

Very neat build. No one can fault that cable managment.Iv always had a mild to extreme obsession with Fractal Design. So my current build is in a Define 7, going to pass that down and go with the Fractal Pop Mini Air supports both Micro-ATX & Mini-ITX which I prefer from the price/feature standpoint that Mini's offer over Micro boards and then also the case being large enough to support a decent sized GPU and cooling.

What does the rest of the system look like?Is it worth upgrading a Ryzen 3600 to a 5600x? For gaming?
16GB ram, RTX 3070What does the rest of the system look like?
There will be a difference. I went from a 3700X to a 7800X3D and there was about a 30% increase in some instances, but that was also with DDR5 etc.16GB ram, RTX 3070
I went from a 2600 to a 5600 last year and had about a 10fps boost, but it depends on the game I guess. If the price is good go for it.Is it worth upgrading a Ryzen 3600 to a 5600x? For gaming?
