Wait until you start firing up Hyper-V VMs. I have a few I work with.

But in terms or RAM usage - Edge is the best browser out there (Firepox and Brave is OK too).

Kak stories man.

Some games MIGHT see a benefit from 32GB, but not many. You don't NEED more than 16GB right now, though it is nice to have.

I upgraded to 32gb, mainly because I wanted a MHZ upgrade so thought why not make it big dick.

Big dick is a valid reason, just as long as you're not pretending it's for performance.

Been on 3600MHz RAM since my first Ryzen 2400G since the iGPU benefits from it. Currently I am on an embedded Ryzen 1505G and it only does 2400MHz still 32GB though.

Is this new? Granted I have no need for VMs anymore, but back then, these were “competing” technologies. Run a VM on HyperV, or run a VM on Virtualbox

Don't believe so, has been the case for at least a good few years starting at around version 5-6 if not earlier.

Quite a difference in transfer rates between my old 1TB SATA3 Western Digital SSD and my new 1TB PCIe 4.0 Kingston KC3000
