They're down the road from me, my preferred supplier. Sometimes they can be expensive, but generally their prices are good!
Used to use them a lot back in the day, but haven't bought from them since 2010.

Their RAM pricing is ridiculous

That Corsair Vengeance kit is R1277.00 at PCINT...don't think there's much wiggle room at the commodity level (the LPX stuff is entry-level).

Gimme an example of some crazy pricing - I could use a laugh. I heard Xmas music at the mall earlier.

Ooook snippy wow, do you have personal investment in them. I was looking on my phone and their website is awful on the phone, turns out it was 5200 I was looking at not 3200.

?

You miss the part where I said they should be offering a discount if they're bundling products together?

Man can't tell the difference between a 5 and a 3 and is giving me attitude. Smh.

On a phone trying to navigate that website yes :-P

Am shopping around for a new pc, my old setup i5 2400, 16GB ram, and GTX 1650(Was RTX580 before gave up). Lately am getting more into big data and increased my programming time. Mostly do 80% on the cloud but started a mini project and running out of ram, 2 docker images, and ram usage is 32GB! ( being using SSD as ram which is really bad and the drive writes knock 20TB writes in 1 week). So an upgrade is due.

Game Usage: 75% Ark Survival, 10% Cod MW3 Infected mode, and 15% other games(mostly Strategy games).
Main Usage: Running AI assistant systems(mostly memory intensive rather than computation), Programming(C++, DirectX, C#, python, node js), Blender, Gimp, and running 4-5 docker images.

Using it for personal use. On Weekdays I usually knock off work at 6 pm and then ark an hour then the rest is Netflix or youtube. On weekends I usually work on my personal project + do fun stuff(IoT, Building my Game), and waiting 3 hours for a simple task to complete has me thinking that I really need to upgrade the entire system for the next 3 years at least.

The budget is R40000 with a monitor, I can go R45000 but that is a stretch, the below system I have in mind, just shopping around to get it within R45000 mark, and if any Black Friday deals.

Asus VG27WQ1B TUF Gaming Monitor(R7500)
Cooler master 120mm FAN CPU Cooler (R800)
G.Skill 4 x 32GB Ram (R8200)
RTX 3060 TI Dual (R9000)
Gigabyte GA-Z690 Aorus elite (5000)
Intel 13700k (9800)
PSU Super Flower 850W (2250)
Mushin SSD 2TB Primary (R3100)
Seagate 2TB (R1100)
Phantex PH P500A Case (R2600)

The last system I build was 10 years ago, I just did SSD upgrade and GPU Upgrade.

Is the system solid or I am missing something?

I can do some trades off 13700k and could go for 13700KF and Seagate HDD is not important at the moment and can be taken out. Ram can go 64GB for now and use my SSD on my old PC. This will fit nicely within my budget range of R40k. I was even thinking of going i3-12100 with an R2000 MB board and then upgrading after prices settle. Will the price settle within the next 6 months(More than 10%?)? December got 3 weeks off so the utility of the system in December huge factor.
