Can’t really comment on the toaster but I expect much like the Kettle it does its job quickly and effectively every time.

And it will last forever.
 
I share Prawnapple's Quest for a Proper Toaster. Apart from irregular toasting, our current four-slicer is just too damn slow. What's especially disappointing is that it's meant to be a pretty decent one - a "modern" design with two mechanical levers each working two trays. Each two-slice toasting chamber has its own controls. I curse its tardiness every time I have to use it.

Feel the pain - spent years trying to solve the problem - this toaster did. Bought in January 2020 to replace a Breville, Philips and Salton.............
