I wanna know, how do you add stuff to your forum - do you download one of the template pages, change it, and upload it again?

I need to add the top part of a website to it, so you can navigate back to the homepage if needed...

You'll have to add it to your phpBB template, or let the forum open in a frame/iframe on your main website...

Do you mean a wrapper Keeper? So the phpbb software will effectively run "inside" your main website?

There are ways of doing it. Although an iframe will work, it's rather like the <marquee> tag. Icky. Best place for information straight from the horse's mouth is phpbb.com

i'm having problems with the permissions as well, having to set each group's permisiion, in every single forum is getting tiring, and it doesn't seem to be doing what i'm telling it....guess i'm missing something, will figure it out tonite...

isn't there a way to add all groups to the WHOLE forum, at once?

Haven't gotten around to playing with phpBB3 yet, so this is based on phpBB2.

In templates/subSilver/overall_header.tpl, look for that default phpBB logo and link to the phpbb site. Just replace the logo with your own and change the link to the phpBB2 directory or whatever you want to use as a homepage.

Are you using phpBB3 or 2?
