Just horrible. I genuinely think this must be up there as one of the worst performances from a South African team.

I keep saying it but South african cricket is dead. A series win here or there are just the last kicks of a dying horse. Depressing.
 
Haven't watched In a while and not impressed with what I see. Thought ill come here to see some comments. Is it a fairly young team and players?

How is this guy still the coach? We are apparently getting 600m for this series. CSA needs to use that money to fire this guy and get someone else in.

Because he made a world cup final less then 6 months ago, first by a senior SA mens team.
Been awful in bilateral series but his two world cups been good. A semi in the 50 and final in the T20.

I’m sick of people talking about finals while we lose every game in between tournaments. It’s not good enough. It’s not close to being good enough. We can’t cling to a tournament performance while we literally go years without winning even one series. What standards is that?
Cricket in this country needs to be turned on its head. I don’t know what needs to change but we need something drastic and it starts with domestic cricket. Too many mediocre players playing in the domestic teams and those mediocre players are now filtering through to the Proteas.

It's only going to get worse now that they've halved the number of domestic matches per season.
 
Just listened to his interview after the game and he basically said he can’t pick Baartman because of politics. Coloured people are not black. CSA can get ****ed.
 
Where is the money going? I read we made R600 million hosting these 4 India T20’s. CSA made over R1 Billion profit last year. Is CSA books clean or are there some cadres looting as usual? Are they investing more money into domestic cricket? Financially we seem to be doing ok but the performances on the field are getting worse.

CSA is the men and women's teams. Last 4 world cups 3 finals & a semi plus men's team on track to make the test championship final.

CSA pays for all the contracted in the country outside of the SA20. That is all the contracted Proteas + the contracted provincial men & ladies.
They should be doing more regarding domestic cricket but they have made progress from where they were 4/5 years ago.

They were left with gigantic financial black hole by thabang moroe.
