A very easily overlooked punk band is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McCafferty_(band). They were described to me as "blink 182 but good" which shocked me but they don't disappoint, Yarn their newest album is excellent and every song is worth listening to.


The other band is FIDLAR they in my opinion are the best punk band in the last 20+ years and they can do it all. My favourite album is "Too" but "Almost free" is just as good even though it's a little more commercial.

I have some others too: The Smiths but that is an Island records release (US.)
Meat is Murder and Strangeways are Rough Trade first editions, they are with a mate of mine for ripping currently.

I want Louder Than Bombs and The Smiths RT 1st Editions to complete my collection.

Yea, they sound great. The RT pressings are notioriously schit sounding but hearing them the way they were on the day of release in Manchester is a neat opportunity to have.

So that "sound great" to me.
