The real Telkom 2?

It's a sad indightment on the Trevor Manuals of this world who still see the SA consumer as a cash cow, to be milked. Telkom is a parastatel in name only. It was set up to benefit nationalist cronies under the Botha and De Klerk regime and now it benefits Zuma cronies who derive benefits through an outrageous blacks-only share scheme. The old game of race-based corporate capitalism is still the only game being played in South Africa. Down with Telkom. Down with Socialism for the Few and Capitalism for the Privileged. Forward to Free Internet Viva.
 
I disagree completely!

The problems only really started in the late 90's and earlier this decade. When dial-up was introduced, South Africa was one of the front runners in the adoption of the internet. It was the current ruling parties complete ineptitude that has caused this and their short-sightedness and greed.
