Papier made his debut for the Boks in 2018... against Scotland, in Scotland, Boks won 26-20... Pollard was at 10... so history repeats itself, 8 years later and on different continents, 1 possibly the player of the URC, the other so dreadfully out of form he is barely recognizable from the gun 10 that kicked SA to a 2023 World Cup title...

Just started watching. I see a section titled Kade Wolhuter doping ban! Not even sure I can continue watching!!

That kid was mercurial at age group level and would probably have gone on to be a great, if he could remain injury free for more than a week!!

Bloody tragic if he is A.) Not fit and B.) banned for doping!!!

Not to mention further feeding the narrative that we are a nation of doping cheats!!!

FFS MAN!!!!

The chapter title is totally incorrect. It's Kai Pratt, not Kade Wolhuter. They need to change that as a matter of urgency... I'm so relived but still disappointed and disgusted...

Yes, I'm a bit worried about Pollard. Hopefully he plays better in a Green jersey than a Blue one :ROFL:

No more Willie and Faf to watch his back, he has to call the shots and fire that back line.

But I just don’t see anything X factor from the Scots. You have Russel but he cracks under pressure, a late tackle to the ribs, friendly face smear on that lotus field eating grass, the oke better be on super form tomorrow.

Don't write of the Scots just yet - they have quality in players like - Kyle Steyn, Sione Tuipulotu, Jamie Dobie; Finn Russell, Ben White; Jack Dempsey, Rory Darge, Matt Fagerson, Gregor Brown; Zander Fagerson, Pierre Schoeman, Rory Sutherland, Josh Bayliss, Tom Jordan.
I think they will be harder than England to crack.
That being said, I do expect us to win but only by about 10.

Yeah maybe by 10, experimental side and what nots.
 
I get the impression Rassie pushes the players to the edge at training sessions.

Is there a possibility they're over doing it?

No. If you want to play at the highest level you have train at the highest level. That is part of why they perform the way they do under him.

I do feel for the guys. Especially the guys that have to go through Coach Daans hands at the farm. They say it is brutal but it takes their game and scrum to the next level.

Survival of the fittest/strongest comes to mind.

One of those rare times , when the leader deserves every cent he is paid for what he brings to team, business, etc

If Rassie decided to put himself on the market, he would probably earn even more.
