Which is why Rassie is considering testing him... If it happens, it's just to see how he goes. C'mon guys, we know Rassie is building towards a WC squad, and we know Marx is a shoe in. What's the harm in seeing if he could do a shift at flank if the need arises (say injury enforced).

Here's an example. Marx starts and is slated to play 65 minutes at 2, with the rest of the bomb squad coming on at 55 minutes. At 60 minutes a loosie goes down and all that's left on the bench is a replacement 2 and a back. Who fills in at flank?

The back of course. Cause it's Andre the hybrid.
 
Very scrappy and disorganized attack from The Stormers. They could have put 40+ on this Connacht team but a win with 5 log points away isn't a bad result in the end.

Away wins are worth their weight in gold.

Stormers bagging the full 5 and denying Connacht a single point is quite satisfying.

Certainly silenced their fans.

But yes, pundits often talk of 22 entry conversion rates. That is an average points scored for every 22 entry. I'd like to see what the Stormers was last night. Doubt it was particularly high.

Anyway, next weekend Edinburgh.
 
The Stormers reminded me a lot of the first Bok test against NZ. We were on the attack and dominated but the scoreboard did not show it.

And good luck to the Boks tomorrow. I'm slightly unsettled, the Wallabies are playing well and have not lost a game yet. I do believe though that we will have enough firepower to win by 8+.
