Kidding right?

They beat Fiji at the 2023 WC after drawing with Georgia for their 1st ever WC table point.
Easy to get up and motivated for a world cup. Not so easy retain that enthusiasm and momentum through a regular season. Just ask Japan. I'm not convinced the Portugal the world saw at the world cup is the same Portugal you'll see in SA. Namibia, for example, were within a score for a good 50 minutes of their fixture. And Namibia are really weak.

I'm expecting the Boks by at least 50

Yeah, I suspect Portugal is in for a long afternoon.

Sure, but then, the question was "DO they play rugby?"... clearly they do to have not only partaken in the WC, but to beat Fiji....

Portugal beat Namibia, the last game they played

But the Boks have absolutely nothing to gain in playing them, I guess its just a goodwill gesture.

The usual doom and gloomers will be out to nit pick every little thing if they dont win by 70 or something

Should have played a decider against Ireland instead.

Over and above that should have played Ireland in Bloemfontein and Portugal at Kings Park. Our record in Durban is comparatively poor to the rest of the country.

Not surprised. That was a war. Feel sorry for Marx who just came back from long term injury

I'm not so sure. Our injury list and the type of injuries looks pretty excessive. It just doesn't add up. I think and it's my opinion that Ireland played a bit dirty knowing its their last game.
