Andre Esterhuizen suspended for 4 games, but effectively 3, pending a completed course in World Rugby Coaching Intervention. SA Rugby has also argued (successfully it seems) that he wouldn't have been picked for the Boks for the Australia tour, thus effectively meaning he would have been eligible for the Sharks. This means he is suspended for:

1. Sharks v Lions ADT - 27 July 2024

2. Pumas v Sharks - 3 August 2024

3. Sharks v Griquas - 11 August 2024

4. Cheetahs v Sharks – 17 August 2024*

*Subject to the successful completion of the CISM.

What happened, they seem to struggle against almost every decent team these days...don't follow 7s that much, but I see they still have a few talented players that have been around since their winning streak a few years ago... is it general calibre of new team members or management do you think?
