You can't blame this on the DA coalition here. They don't have a majority in the council by far. Even if they got all the small parties onboard, they needed EFF or ANC to govern.

Yeah, they only managed to govern because the EFF were sticking it to the ANC. But that ended cause they're buddies with Lesufi and Mashatile. They support both to topple CR so it works both nationally and provincial.
