What I wonder is will RETMO, PAC and ATM merge? Seeing that Uncle Carl is talking to PAC who's on the last of their tether?
ATM =
1. Das whirring-kerchunk-gebeepenmaschine that gives you money
2. Adobe Type Manager
3. At The Moment
4. Asynchronous Transfer Mode
5. All Tits (are) Mine
6. Other - fill in the blanks : _________

ATM has got a good thing going so I doubt it, their leader is now used to the finer things brought about by being in parliament. PAC are dying so it makes more sense, it is a chance at relevance.

What's Mashaba smoking? Yes you can ignore the polls but not the real-world results of by-elections....

LMAO.

As I said before it triggers him severely to see DA polling at 25%+, while he's hovering around 4 - 7% (which isn't bad for a first run tbh). Hence the derision for the polls, since the polls don't link up with his views and/or delusions that he'll get a landslide majority on his own or whatever (which is something that no one will have on their own for a while post-ANC).

Your opinion today? How do you think the 2024 election results will look like? That 25%+ number you have listed for the DA feels kinda high, considering they were just under 21% last time.

The DA should keep having marches where more and more people join, preferably on a weekend. There will be a critical mass moment where it becomes hard to ignore. Lets say 100 000.

Dunno, for sure. But what I can say is ANC is ****ed, I mean if they're polling sub-40% at the start of 2023, where will they be by April...?

But I'd say if the elections were held with the current sentiment:

ANC 41%
DA 26%
EFF 12%
IFP 6%
ASA 5%
VF+ 3%

What would yours be?

It ain't impossible.

It's what has been said in polls up until now, with the most recent one putting them at even 27%, so they must be getting/gaining support from somewhere to poll this well.
In the turmoil leading to 2019, they polled sub-21%, even high-10%...

Places like uMngeni, TSH (If they can rally and get it together), places like Springbok, etc. Areas where they govern by UF or on their own, that manage to get things done, will definitely benefit them and other UF members of course.

Apologies if I miss the sarcasm, but you think that would work? Won’t there be “march fatigue” eventually?
