I wholeheartedly agree.The current half arsed solution is also unconstitutional, it violates the principle of every vote counts. Excess votes that make up that seat being distributed among the other parties means that you'd be voting for somebody you didn't want to.

It's not hate speech but it's about as tasteful as taking a dump on the coffin at a funeral.
