They're even still struggling to decommission ****ing e-tolls FFS and now you tell me glorious Lesufi, your hero, will now install bullet trains from GP to LM?

The thing is he'll actually implement, and not promises galore like your hero and his friends always do.
P.S. He at least tries to insulate the WC from load-shedding caused by the national gov while trying to solve those issues. I.e. actually doing stuff.
Not pie-in-the-sky **** like Lesufi and ANC promises which never materializes...

Some roads are provincial, some are municipal and some are national. What he is, saying is that through the MOU with the municipalitues the province will assume responsibility for some roads that are ordinarily the responsibilities of municipalities.

Expect absolutely zero to change.
Granted, its been a while since I drove on any of the provincial roads in Guateng, but I don't remember them being in superb condition. The National routes on the other hand were relatively decent.
