They're probably referring to Saturn's moons, in which case there are 146 moonshot parties (according to Wikipedia). Some moons are really small, which should cater to the smallenyana parties like ActionSA, etc

Which country directly elects its President but allows for a motion of no confidence?

While the acting President is empowered to use the office fully, I think that most people would be gun shy in that position.
 
I see Brett Heron is alleging voter fraud with regards to the DA in relation to the multiple by-elections in George tomorrow. Lol. Somebody isn't confident of holding all 3 seats tomorrow. Absolutely desperate stuff. I would also be nervous knowing that GOOD is just a branch of the ANC and well, the ANC is not loved in the WC.
