I guess people are just fed up at things taking so long when they were announced a month ago. There's also a bit of hope that this time it's a good reshuffle, but that's like believing in the tooth fairy.

Like the state of disaster declared a month ago, what has been done?
Loads and loads of money being shifted and corruption… its time to feed

One thing I found odd about the cabinet reshuffle thing, the people who are saying the cabinet reshuffle does not matter are the same people who are moaning the most that Cyril is taking his sweet time.
It's not whether the reshuffle will actually make a difference, it's the dithering while Rome burns effectively.

At least show something akin to urgency is the most basic requirement.

Paywalled.

Cope's national leaders give conflicting answers as to whether they are unhappy with the election of one of their own members as Tshwane's new mayor.
So the question we must ask is "Which COPE?" to quote @TheChamp.

P.S The way I see it, we're seeing the death of COPE in real-time, from the Lekota PPV from last year to COPE abandoning the UF in GP, I guess these okes are trying to eat before the party is over (literally and figuratively).

This is what I call going out with a bang, giving the DA a good uppercut before they go, both in Joburg and Tshwane, well done, nothing as satisfying as making an arrogant party eat copious amounts of humble pie.
