In my opinion all the 0.0something parties were spoiled votes. But it's their constitutional right to vote for whomever they want. To purposefully spoil your ballot is on a different level.

You can include the 650 000 wasted votes for the small parties in parliament that didn't get a seat. What is that, 10 seats? Add the 600k of spoiled votes, that's another 10 seats. If this was a political party, it would come 5th.
