Remind me again what is "Regional" supposed to be? So we vote twice for National or twice for Provincial? Why do we vote twice for one thing?

What did minimum wage do to the car manufacturing sector in Australia or the price of a big mac because of the cost of the burger patty flipper. Why are there more homeless people after minimum wage?
Greed

To accomodate independent candidates a faux constituency element was added to national elections, so two ballots for national

So the Aussie car manufacturing sector didn't shut down because of minimum wage, and the price of a big mac in Aus isn't what it is because of minimum wage either.

Ah, so some voters will think its a provincial vote seeing it says regional and then they vote DA instead of ANC.

Yes.

So the two National ballots represent half of Parly's seats each.
The Regional ballot is essentially voting for the amount out of 200 seats, your province is assigned.

It's a haphazard system that ANC implemented to let independents participate but were too cowardly to go the full monty with electoral reform.

What happened to the Aussie car manufacturing sector?

Bros need to stop underestimating China.
The US did that in the 80s and it directly led to China rising.
China wages are getting too high now. Companies are leaving for India and Vietnam. They are a victim of their own success.
