The SA Politics Thread Part 6

I still have a feeling the MK will be in Parliament, even if it is just to cause chaos with the EFF, I don't see them allowing the sitting to go smoothly.
Yes I see disruptions incoming. Points of order. Policing called in. Throwing of items. They have watched the EFF and have learnt.

Take a drive to CPT airport. Informal settlements, illegal shebeens known to cops, animals on the road (I saw sheep, cows, goats, chickens...the full animal farm experience).

Traffic lights at the intersection not working. No traffic cops. The stench from failing sewage infrastructure that greets our international visitors. If your car breaks down in that area or anywhere from the airport to your hotel then you are f*cked.

The filth around that area and driving down the N2- and tell me with a straight face that the WC is being optimally governed? Or are we just dealing with a party with a better PR team?

Yes that is true - it desperately needs addressing - if only those same communities could be persuaded not to tacitly support those who attack the people who attempt to provide services.

It depends.

Some view GNU as ending when NP left after the Constitution was enforced in 1997.
Others only when the term ended with only ANC/IFP remaining...

Interesting take. I suppose that you could say that the ANC and IFP were enemies, so the ANC was still working with its enemy even after the NP left.

The choice couldn't be clearer. Those that choose tribalism, communism and all these other horrible policies and ideologies are leading SA down the wrong path. Just go visit Zim or Veneuzuala...
