Absolutely should have been the first thing he did, especially with his history.

But he did try and double down on the "i don't remember/maybe AI" angle first and that definitely sunk him.

Stupid move. Should have just owned it 100% there and then and possibly made a post / video to explain, etc.
 
Better late than never. If this moron made his way this high up, I can imagine the rest of them speak behind closed doors.
