Remember that other racial incident at that other resort's swimming pool in FS, a year or two back (can't remember the place's name)?

That guy Petzer and others insisted that the Black kids at the receiving end of the incident started **** first by attacking some little White girl or something. This was proven to be completely false via the abundance of footage...

Hence the "DENEL GREEN SCREEN" joke.

This GP deal looks a bit kak.

Last week, the DA helped Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi over the line, voting for him to take up the post. An ANC speaker and DA deputy speaker were elected.

News24 understands Gauteng has a broad agreement over the numerical allocation of portfolios between the ANC and DA, with seven of 10 posts going to the ANC and three to the DA.

However, the IFP also insisted on an MEC portfolio, which the ANC has resisted.

The only parties required to form a government in Gauteng are the ANC and DA, and insiders said the matter might be resolved by Friday.

However, another thorny issue is the splitting of portfolios - the DA has asked for education, local government and community safety.

An ANC insider told News24 these were strategic portfolios, and the more likely allocation to the DA would be finance, agriculture and sports.

They get almost the same proportion of votes, but it's split 7/10 and 3/10.

DA getting finance is fine, but the other two are kak portfolios...
 
Can we make a list of useless ministries? I heard people saying the ANC got useless portfolios in KZN, never thought Education and Human settlements are considered useless.

What would be considered useless or non meaningful for the national governed? I will start,

Ministry in the Presidency for Women, Children and People with disabilities.

Community safety is close to Panyaza's heart, I would follow the KZN's example and house it in the office of the Premier, sure no one will moan too much.
