Except thats not the case, there are 2 or 3 workers minimum per truck, a driver and usually 2 guys who manage the collection or pickup of bins etc.

But there shouldn't be casual workers in Pikitup for its routine work, they should all be proper employees with schedules and hours and all that.

Imagine that in an ANC led municipality nogal

Maybe LE guys are just doing their jobs so that we're all safe to warrior behind our keyboards
