In the Constitution, there is only one Deputy President.

Unless Rama adds Hlabisa as a Minister without Portfolio or something and confers Deputy President powers to him and Mashatile...

I'm ambivalent when it comes to irrelevant and retired fatcats, taxpayer funded, showing off about some or other "qualification". A bit like congratulating a taxi driver on getting a licence legally when he's been driving without one for 10 years with multiple accidents and ignoring traffic laws. But this is ANC SA so woo ha Tito, go you fat thing, PhD next.

An MBA is an MBA, if it's from an accredited institution then what difference does it make where you got it.

There's various reasons to do it overseas. One of them being to experience life in another country for a bit. I know of people who went to Spain, Brazil, India and a few other places to get theirs - when they could have just stayed here and did it. But where's the fun in that...

Not sure about that. They went backwards from 2019 although this was off the bad results in KZN but they didn't grow much elsewhere where MK didn't feature.

What the country "needs" is a period of progress and growth under a more liberal type of setup, and you will see things like the EFF fall further back and stabilise around 5% of the vote probably.

Except Tito got his drivers license ages ago, but moaning about everything is what you people do, so carry on.

It matters no matter how many seats they have, MK and EFF have been driving the anti black narrative, and everyone knows there is not a single party in the land that is blacker than the PAC.
