Motion of no confidence in Knysna's DA Speaker succeeds
The Speaker in the Knysna Municipality has been removed following a vote of no confidence in the council's top leadership on Wednesday.
DA councillor Julie Lopes, was ousted after a motion of no confidence brought by the Patriotic Alliance (PA).
The municipality in a statement confirmed that Lopes was replaced by ANC councillor, Mncedisi Skosana during a special council meeting.
The PA submitted motions of no confidence against the council speaker, mayor and deputy mayor.

Well it was mentioned in Zondo that the PA was created solely to destabilise the DA.

Activities included “destabilisation of the Democratic Alliance to garner support for the ANC in the Northern and Eastern Cape the formation of the Patriotic Alliance to gain support “in coloured communities”.

What's even more sus, is that the only donations that have come to the PA have been from Gayton himself.

Agreed. And they don't really have policies or anything...
And atm Gayton is only busy with plugging out the oxygen of foreigners in hospitals...
 
I was listening to Willie Madisha speaking on 702 (I think yesterday) where he was trying to convince everyone that COPE isn't finished. Well, how wrong he was.
