The Starfield thread

I see the content creator and micro transactions has been added.
Geez, I just hope that the promised vehicle that they have been working on will not be paid content...

In a single player game?

Oookay, that means its totally on you if you wanna waste money on cosmetics no one else gonna ever see.

Like I said before, they will add something that's like the creation club they have in their other games where they charge money for mods and here it is

Bethesda will always Bethesda

I totally agree with Asmo:

They can do as they like. I was looking forward to mods like with Fallout 4. If this is where it is going, I am not the target market or interested anymore.

Starfield is dead to me then. Canceled my Gamepass for now. I will get back to playing Hitman.

/sigh

Still Exist.

#Just saying.

Some nice Star Wars mods popping up.
Skins and lightsabers. Give it another few months and we might have a whole new SW experience...

Giving it another go
The update that added the ground level map is by itself a great improvement

Can actually play it on High settings DLSS downscaled to 1080p where as at launch it struggled on medium 1080p downscaled

Playing it as a Sandbox and ignoring the generic dialogue and other bad writing

Having a better time this time round creating my own fun

Nexus mods work fine, though the only mod I am currently using is similar to the Fallout 4 shell rain mod
Haven't really seen any other mods worth the effort

The creation store is actually not that bad

There is an abundance of free mods from the nexus and through the creation store you can bypass manual copying of files or tedious mod managers and simply click on the mod, click download and done.
Mod installed

People are actually still playing this turd of a game? Really hope they using a better engine for fallout 5. The game felt outdated and ran like crap even when the graphics looked worse than most recent games.
